Law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (UC)
Felipe Duhalde has focused on the resolution of highly complex disputes. Particularly in litigation and arbitration in civil, commercial and construction matters before both the courts and the CAM.
He also has extensive experience in labor matters, including advising on collective bargaining, anti-union practices, termination of labor contracts and labor due diligences, all of them highly complex.
He graduated from a Diploma Course in New Trends in Contracts and Damages at UC, the Diploma Course in Mining Law at Adolfo Ibáñez University and the Comprehensive English Program at the School of Professional Studies, New York University.
He is a member of the list of arbitrators of the Santiago and San Miguel Courts of Appeals.
