Law degree and LLM, with a minor in Constitutional Law, from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (UC).

Rodrigo Riquelme specializes in the resolution of highly complex disputes, and has devoted the better part of his career to that subject. In recent years, his practice has focused on national and international litigation and arbitration (ICC) and in the areas of public works concessions, infrastructure and large construction and engineering projects, as well as the Concessions Technical Panel, the Constitutional Court and the Arbitration Commissions of the Public Works Concessions Law, and the Superior Courts.

A partner at Riquelme, Silva & Fuentes, he completed postgraduate studies in Administrative Law at the University of Salamanca, in Spain. He is also a professor of the Diploma Course in Construction Law at UC, the Diploma Course in Construction Law at the University of Los Andes and of the Concessions Law course at Universidad del Desarrollo.

He has been featured in publications like Chambers and Partners, Legal 500, the Latin American Corporate Counsel Association (LACCA) in the Litigation area in Chile, in Who’s Who in State contracts and Construction Law and in Best Lawyers in Arbitration and Mediation. He was recognized by Leaders League as a leader in construction litigation and arbitration.
